These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Afrikchat, including our website, mobile apps, features, groups, messaging, posts, pages, marketplace-style tools, and related services. By creating an account or using Afrikchat, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use Afrikchat

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Afrikchat. If you use Afrikchat on behalf of a business, organization, page, or community, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that happens through your account. Do not share your password, impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or use another person's account without permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text, comments, profile information, and other content you post. By posting content on Afrikchat, you give Afrikchat a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, modify for technical formatting, and make your content available as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you share. Do not post content that violates the law, infringes intellectual property rights, invades privacy, exposes private personal information without permission, or violates our Community Guidelines.

4. Platform rules

You agree not to misuse Afrikchat. This includes harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, scams, malware, scraping, fake engagement, unauthorized automation, attempts to bypass security, or activity that disrupts the service or harms other members.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, restrict visibility, disable features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report unlawful activity when we believe it is necessary to protect members, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or preserve platform integrity.

6. Paid features and promotions

If Afrikchat offers paid features, subscriptions, ads, boosts, tips, or digital services, additional payment terms may apply. Prices, availability, and features may change. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, purchases may be non-refundable once delivered or used.

7. Third-party links and services

Afrikchat may contain links, embedded media, payment providers, analytics tools, app stores, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, actions, or content.

8. No guarantee of availability

We work to keep Afrikchat reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Features may change, pause, or end over time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afrikchat and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Afrikchat grows. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members. Continued use of Afrikchat after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
